Product Description

Working PrincipleThe main body structure consists of bottom bowl, movable product bowl with trolley , fluidized chamber, expansion chamber (filter housing). The bottom bowl, product container and fluidized chamber are inflatable silicon gasket sealed with compress air to assure the reliable sealing.The air passes through the primary filter(G4), medium efficiency filter (F8), high efficiency filter(H13 -optional)and heater with accurate temperature control. The inlet air flow, speed and pressure is variable and controllable. And then the purified and heated air is sucked from the bottom of machine by the exhaust fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material tank into the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture of the materials will evaporate and removed rapidly out from the exhaust pipe and the raw material is dried quickly.Features1.
